Lexington Luxe: A Bathroom Transformation Masterpiece

Nestled in the heart of historic Lexington, MA, a remarkable bathroom transformation story unfolds, epitomizing the essence of luxury and meticulous craftsmanship. Sun Shore Construction is proud to present a project where every detail was crafted with precision and care, resulting in a space that is as functional as it is stunningly beautiful.

The Journey Begins

The transformation commenced with a thorough demolition, clearing the stage for innovation and rejuvenation. The removal of the old bathtub, walk-in shower, tiles, and fixtures was not just about demolition but about making room for a vision to take shape—a vision of elegance, functionality, and modernity.

Creating Symmetry and Space

A key architectural change was the strategic relocation of the door to the center, enhancing the bathroom's symmetry and creating a more welcoming entrance. This adjustment laid the groundwork for one of the project's highlights: the introduction of a spacious walk-in shower. Framed impeccably and adorned with high-quality tiles, the shower became a focal point of luxury and sophistication.

Modern Amenities and Finishing Touches

The bathroom's transformation was complemented by the addition of contemporary amenities. A state-of-the-art advanced toilet with a GFCI power outlet behind, modern vanity, updated switches, and an exhaust fan were installed, elevating the space to new heights of convenience and style. The installation of a glass door for the walk-in shower, new baseboards, and sleek bathroom hardware added layers of refinement and attention to detail.

A Testament to Impeccable Craftsmanship

The entire bathroom was revitalized with new floor tiles outside the shower and a fresh coat of paint, enveloping the space in warmth and elegance. These elements collectively transformed the bathroom into a luxurious retreat, showcasing Sun Shore Construction's commitment to excellence in every aspect of our work.

The Final Reveal

The Lexington Luxe bathroom stands as a testament to what can be achieved when meticulous planning meets unparalleled craftsmanship. Spacious Serenity: Elevating Second-Floor Bathroom Design

Sun Shore Construction is proud to unveil 'Spacious Serenity,' a transformative renovation that turned a second-floor bathroom into a modern sanctuary. This project highlights our expertise in creating spaces that blend functionality with unrivaled elegance, marking another milestone in our journey of redefining residential living.

Embarking on Transformation

Our journey began with the complete demolition of the existing space, setting the foundation for a comprehensive makeover. The ambition was clear: to transform an ordinary bathroom into an expansive retreat that speaks volumes of modern design and comfort.

The Walk-In Shower: A Centerpiece of Modernity

At the heart of this renovation lies a spacious walk-in shower, a significant upgrade from the traditional bathtub setup. This feature is not merely a shower; it's a statement piece, meticulously framed, with a mud shower base and cement boards, all underlined by thorough waterproofing. The wall and floor tiles, chosen for their contemporary appeal, were carefully installed and grouted, adding to the bathroom's modern allure.

Creating Space and Freedom

By removing a corner closet, we opened up the bathroom, transforming it into a more spacious and inviting area. This decision was pivotal in shifting the room's dynamic, introducing a new level of openness and serenity.

Sleek Finishes and Thoughtful Details

The installation of a new vanity, complete with modern plumbing fixtures, is a testament to our commitment to detail and quality. Drywall repairs and fresh painting throughout the room enhanced its aesthetic, complemented by new baseboards that round off the polished look.

Personalized Touches

This renovation offered homeowners the flexibility to add personalized touches, including moisture protection for the shower wall, a sliding glass door, an LED mirror, and more, allowing for a truly customized space.

Conclusion: A Testament to Quality and Elegance

'Spacious Serenity' stands as a testament to Sun Shore Construction's dedication to delivering spaces that are not only beautiful but functional and tailored to the needs of modern living. This second-floor bathroom transformation is a celebration of space, style, and the art of renovation.
